Andrew Hill
Andrew is very passionate about China and helping others. Since his arrival to China in 1989, Andrew has been actively involved in building social enterprises and joining service projects. As a founder of ELG and Xiersen, he has built organizations that have shown leadership in providing services and advancement for Special Education in China. Andrew is now the acting Assistant Governor for Rotary International China. He was awarded the Charity Star Award in 2010 for his pioneering work with the Shanghai government to provide a trained workforce to take care of Shanghai’s growing elderly population.
